Where do we ship?  We currently ship within The United States of America and it's territories.

When will we ship your order?  VRF products are handcrafted, manufactured, and/or bottled, assembled, and packaged on site. We keep a limited inventory (see website for product availability) ready for shipment. We typically package and ship within a 48-hour window after your order is placed. We will email/text you during each step of the shipping process to ensure that you have a real expectation as to when your product will be delivered.

Is there delivery confirmation? Yes, via email or text.

Which shipping carriers do we use? We are currently using United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service.

Do we offer next day shipping? Yes, through UPS Next day Air.

Do we offer local delivery? Yes, for the13104 and 13066 Zip Codes. There is a $5.00 local delivery charge.

Do we offer free shipping? Yes, on orders of $100.00 or more.

Is there a local pick-up location? At this time, No. We are currently working on providing a retail location at the farm and will update this policy when we have it opened to the public.
